Commercial & Contract Caterers

Commercial catering
extraction cleaning.

Production and contract-catering kitchens can combine high-volume preparation with several cooking zones. Apex provides commercial extraction cleaning based on the equipment, connected systems and access requirements within the agreed site scope.

Your kitchen, your requirements

Defined scope
for catering operations.

A production kitchen may use large cooking pans, ovens and multiple canopies, while a contract caterer may operate within a client's premises. Cleaning requirements depend on the cooking activity and system arrangement at the site concerned.

We establish the relevant kitchens and responsible contacts before agreeing the work. A catering contract or production volume alone does not define the system scope.

01

Production equipment

Describe the cooking zones, large appliances and canopies involved, including whether they connect to separate systems.

02

Site responsibilities

For a client's premises, identify who can authorise access and provide system information alongside the catering contact.

03

Production scheduling

Tell us about preparation runs and relevant operating periods so a suitable date and access arrangements can be discussed.

04

System scale and access

Larger duct routes and remote fan equipment require access to be considered carefully. Existing plans and photos are useful if available.
